Settle down at the dining table to relish mealtimes with loved ones, toasting to a fantastic getaway over a bottle of bubbly.
Move to the first floor and discover the first bedroom, offering a double bed with access to a private terrace where you can relax in the evening.
On this floor there is also a charming twin bedroom with Smart TV, and a gleaming shower room where you can prepare yourself for the day.
Continue to the second floor where another double rests, offering a Smart TV with en-suite freestanding bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC.
When you’re ready to explore, pack your seaside equipment and head a mile to Carbis Bay Beach, a picturesque bay that offers outstanding views and glorious sandy expanse, offering many recreational activities including swimming, boating and tennis.
The neighbouring town of St Ives has lots to offer; taste local ales at The Sloop or treat your loved one to a meal at Porthminster Kitchen, SILCo Sea Room, Beer & Bird, The Firehouse and The Seafood Café, create your own souvenir at The Leach Pottery, tour the Tate and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Studio, take a leisurely stroll around the harbour, or spend a day on the golden sands at one of the many beaches.

The property was beautifully furnished with all you could need.
However a personal preference would be more outdoor space, because of this I don't feel that it was particularly dog friendly, although we did discover the park over the road for the dog to run around and use as facilities!! The only other drawback was the parking as it proved tricky to get on and off at peak times as it was a busy road. For us the location was perfect and would stay again but ideally at Nova with a downstairs toilet and more outdoor space
Great place to stay we booked both Nova and Avon cottage and went as a family- fab location and right next to Tesco.
A good walk into St Ives especially if you go down to carbis bay and walk through the trees but if not bus stop 2minutes away - Yvettes bakery/vegetarian home made cooking also within walking distance which is amazing and also an Italian deli/restaurant Romano’s just up the road. Accommodation has everything you could need and the beds are super comfortable we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again
Great property.
Well equipped and comfortable. Bathrooms bedrooms kitchen and living rooms clean. The only thing that let it down was dust and cobwebs on lights over main dining table and under the stairs of the stairs leading to 2nd floor very visible dust in the sun. Also stairs carpet not thoroughly hoovered with collections of fluff in creases of steps. Little things that would make it absolutely perfect.
