Enjoy shoreline strolls, safe swims and water sports activities. Ramble the coast path around the bay, nature watching as you go. On the doorstep, you’ll find restaurants and eateries. La Casita and The Gannet are within a short walk, and the supermarket is close by for provisions. Take your pick from four breathtaking beaches in picturesque St Ives, for surfing or bodyboarding lessons, picnics and sandcastles. Pretty Harbour Beach is dotted with little boats, where you can hop aboard for a fishing trip or leisure excursion. The charismatic cobbled lanes have an abundance of boutiques, gift shops and galleries to browse. Restaurants and traditional inns offer locally caught seafood and international cuisine. Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand.
