    “We really like this property and have stayed there once before.”

    Overall a very pleasant stay. Some minor niggles as always. The showers need to be checked that the water drains away properly. The beds are very firm for our taste. The toaster needs repair or replacing as it toasts quite unevenly. The patio areas needs a better clean. Small stuff as everything else was great.

Living Area Living Area This beautifully furnished room is framed with the doors and window allowing the light to flood in. There is access to the private balcony with stunning views across the bay to Godrevy Lighthouse and the north Cornwall Coastline. Two contemporary sofas arranged with coffee table for guests comfort to enjoy the 55” Smart UHD 4K TV with Sky "Variety Package" with TV Box Sets and DVD player with selection of dvds. A selection of reading lamps are provided for you to set the perfect mood. Sliding doors open out to the south facing terrace with table and four chairs with rattan bench, creating an indoor/outdoor space where you can enjoy an alfresco drink or dinner. Dining Area Sociable open plan kitchen/ breakfast bar and dining area, Seating 6 at the glass table with matching acrylic chairs, the table is a great spot to sample some of the delights of Cornwall cooked up by your nominated chef or plan your day. Kitchen Kitchen The contemporary kitchen comprises of cream SieMatic units teamed with granite work tops and burgundy splash backs. It is suitably appointed with an integrated Neff oven/grill, microwave, 5 ring ceramic induction hob, extractor fan, full size dishwasher and extra storage space in the separate upright Fridge and Freezer. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need in your luxurious home by the sea. For coffee lovers, you are sure to enjoy the Tassimo coffee machine which uses the convenient pod system. Sleeping Bedroom One Bedroom One is also located on the top floor to the rear of the penthouse and benefits from stunning views of St Ives Town, Harbour beach and the Island through the galleried windows. There is a king size bed which is sumptuously dressed with oversize feather duvet and White company linen. There is a wardrobe, two bedside tables with reading lights, two low level four drawer chest of drawers and full length mirror. A table with two armchairs are provided for guests to relax and enjoy the 32" Freeview TV or views. Bedroom One benefits from a spacious en-suite. Bedroom Two Bedroom Two is a spacious retreat for guests, this bright airy room has a super king zip and link bed which can be arranged as twin beds on request. There is a large wardrobe, full length mirror, two bedside tables and matching lamps and two low level four drawer chest of drawers providing ample storage space. There is a 32″ Freeview TV provided for your entertainment. Two velux windows have views of the house where Virginia Woolf once resided and Tregenna Castle and have been fitted with blackout blinds allowing you to let the light flood as well as enjoy a peaceful nights sleep. Bedroom Two benefits from a spacious en-suite. Bedroom Three Bedroom three is located on the ground floor to the rear of the property and has a large triple window with views to a large Macrocarpa Cypress tree which offers privacy but allows the Cornish light to flood in. The king size bed is dressed in luxury White Company Egyptian cotton bedding and oversize duvet smoothing the way to a comfortable nights sleep. A double mirrored wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps, and a chest of drawers are provided for your comfort. There is a 18″ LCD Freeview TV with DVD player. Bedroom 3 is conveniently located next to the family bathroom. Luxury White company Egyptian cotton bedding is provided in all bedrooms with a bath sheet and hand towel high quality towels for each guest. A hairdyer is available for guest use in each of the bedroom. All the bedrooms have Amtico Flooring throughout and blackout lined blinds. Bathrooms Family Bathroom The family bathroom is located on the ground floor off the hallway next to Bedroom Three and convenient for the living areas. It is tiled throughout with bath and overhead shower enclosure, WC, wash basin, Storage cabinet, chrome heated towel rail, large demisting mirror and shaver point. There is a large window allowing natural light to pour into the Family Bathroom and a Venetian blind is provided for your privacy. En-suite to Bedroom One The en-suite bathroom, located upstairs is tiled throughout with large shower enclosure with rainfall shower, WC, wash basin, chrome heated towel rail, mirror cabinet with storage.
