    It is in a great location for walking into St. Ives and for exploring wider Cornwall. We love staying here, but unfortunately due to the unjustified price hikes for next year we feel it will not represent good value for money for us for future stays.

This stunning panoramic coastal view stretches across the golden sands of Porthminster Beach to St Ives Harbour and beyond towards The Island. The contemporary open plan style offers the luxury of the magnificent Cornish vista from the dining area too making it a wonderful space to entertain or enjoy family meals together. Comfortably sleeping six in three bedrooms this spacious apartment has the bonus of sea views from the master bedroom. When you do decide to venture out you will find the beach, the harbour and the traditional cobbled streets of St Ives town just a short stroll away. Take pleasure in searching the gift shops, discovering St Ives iconic art galleries and dining alfresco with a Cornish seaside setting. If you decide to venture further the St Ives branch line is just a few minutes walk with trains connecting you to the inspirational Duchy of Cornwall. Living Area The open plan living area comprises of the lounge, dining and kitchen areas, so wherever you are in this wonderful apartment you benefit from the most magical Cornish seaside view. Open the large glass floor to ceiling doors, which open out to a Juliet balcony and welcome the outside in. You could spend hours just wondering at the view which stretches right across Porthminster Beach to St Ives Harbour and out towards the Island. The living space is bright and airy lit by natural light flooding in through the glass doors and the artwork and styling of the rooms follows the seaside theme, truly capturing this idyllic seaside setting. Relax into the two comfy sofas, which with an additional comfy chair seat six, and are perfectly positioned to enjoy the views or a film on the large screen TV. A circular wooden coffee table and a selection of stylish reading lamps have also been provided to help you set the mood to chill out and lose yourself in a good book. Dining Area The dining area is located to the left side of the lounge, part of the open plan living space. This offers the opportunity to dine with a sea view whenever you desire. The Space is brightly lit, by natural light flooding in through the large glass balcony doors, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere to dine in style with the backdrop of the ocean. A wooden dining table with chairs to comfortably seats six and a stylish glass bowl as a centrepiece provides an idyllic setting to enjoy family meals together or to entertain friends. Entrance Hallway To benefit from the sea views the entrance to the apartment is reached via fifteen steps. A hallway with a large wardrobe for outdoor coats and a tray for shoes is a nice welcome. A WC is conveniently located in the hallway too. Kitchen The open plan kitchen is to the rear of the open plan living space. Designed with beautiful German Nolte kitchen units and top of the range Meile appliances, this spacious area provides you with everything and more for your holiday. Featuring an integral Meile oven and combination microwave oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer dishwasher, AEG Washerdryer. The owners have provided a selection of all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need in your luxurious home by the sea. Utility Cupboard For your convenience, an iron, ironing board and clothes airier are stored in a separate utility cupboard. Sleeping Master En-Suite Bedroom The master en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor offering stunning sea, beach and harbour views. Breakfast in bed and waking up to a sea view with the sound of the ocean lapping the Cornish shores has got to be two of the greatest pleasures in life. You'll need to arrange the first yourself, but the second pleasure is yours to savour after a peaceful nights sleep in this delightful room. The calming seaside setting outside continues to flow inside with natural light streaming in through the large glass windows, leaving a bright comfortable and relaxing feel to the room. A luxurious king-sized bed offers a peaceful night’s sleep. A comfy chair and a desk to write out your postcards are both styled with contemporary reading lamps, to set the mood desired. A double wardrobe provides plenty of space for your holiday outfits. A full-length mirror and a hairdryer are all provided. So you'll have everything you need for getting ready for a night out. Lie back and watch the ocean or enjoy relaxing watching a film in bed on the 32″ Sony TV. Bedroom Two Benefitting from views of the golf course bedroom two is also located on the first floor to the rear of the property. This comfortable room is bright and airy thanks to a large glass window, which allows natural light to flood in. Themed in a peaceful pink this room is set as a twin as standard. On request, the two single beds can be made into a Superking zip and link bed if desired. A double wardrobe, two bedside tables with contemporary reading lights and a desk with a mirror above are also provided. Bedroom Three En-suite This en-suite bedroom is located on the ground floor with views of the golf course, to the rear of the property. A bright peaceful room benefiting from natural light flooding in through the bay window. A sumptuous king-sized bed ensures a good night's sleep and a free-standing wardrobe, a bedside table with a contemporary glass reading lamp and a comfy chair are all provided. Relax into the comfy chair and enjoy your favourite book or watch a movie on the 32" Sony TV. There is timber heated flooring throughout this luxury apartment so your toes should be toasty all year. Bathrooms Master Bedroom En-suite Shower Room Tiled throughout the wet areas, it features a large overhead rainfall with handheld shower, glass enclosure, WC, large washbasin with a shelf above for storage space, chrome heated towel rail, mirror and shaver point. Family Bathroom. The family bathroom is on the first floor and conveniently situated between the bedrooms.
