Living Area This beautifully stylish space is framed by two floor to ceiling glass doors, which open out to a Juliet balcony and a picture-postcard Cornish seaside view. This wonderful vista stretches from Porthminster Beach to St Ive's harbour and right out to the Island. Light floods in through these doors and a side bay window making the space light and airy and the outdoor theme follows though inside with seaside style artwork, shell themed wallpaper and a wonderful shell shaped mirror. Relax into the comfy sofa, large enough to seat five, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the views or enjoy a film on the large screen TV. A circular wooden coffee table and stylish reading lamp have also been provided to help you set the mood to chill out and lose yourself in a good book. Dining Area Part of the open plan living space, the dining area is located to the rear of the property. Two bay windows allow natural light to flood the space making it a light and comfortable area to dine in style. A wooden dining table with chairs to comfortably seats six and a stylish glass bowl as a centrepiece provides an idyllic setting to enjoy family meals together or to entertain friends. Entrance Hallway To benefit from the sea views the entrance to the apartment is reached via fifteen steps. A hallway with two hanging pegs for outdoor coats and a tray for shoes are a nice welcome. Set as a twin as standard, the two single beds can be made into a Superking zip and link bed on request.
