    Locating the property was not easy the post code takes you somewhere else on Sat Nav and the estate agents that you say the property is next to no longer exists. Luckily we know the area so it was okay for us but I guess other guests will have more difficulty locating the property. Just need to update your directions description.

The Sail Loft is a stunning duplex holiday apartment located in the centre of St Ives town in Royal Square.

Perfectly positioned to take advantage of all that this beautiful Cornish seaside resort has to offer, it has been fully renovated to a high standard in a contemporary style and special attention has been given to ensure you have all you need for a relaxing holiday.

With beautiful views across the roof tops of the town and on to Godrevy lighthouse, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families or friends who are looking for a central retreat to make the most of their holiday in Cornwall. A weekly car park pass can be purchased from the council run long stay car park. For Pets - One well behaved dog welcome. - Dog Bowls provided. Living Area Lounge The fabulous galleried living area is located on the first floor and is accessed via a solid oak staircase with 13 steps.

This light and airy space is comfortably furnished with bright modern décor, including a leather three seater sofa, 3 arm chairs and a selection of cushions.

There is nest of oak side tables with a floor standing lamp and for the smaller members of your family, a toddler table and 2 chairs are provided. The fantastic entertainment includes a LCD television with Sky Entertainment package, Xbox 360 with a selection of games, a Blu-ray DVD player with selection of dvds, complimentary Wi-Fi and a Phillips music system radio & CD player.

For those seeking a more traditional past time there is also a selection of board games, toys and books. Six Velux windows open right out to allow the fresh Cornish air in, with two of the windows offering beautiful views across the roof tops of St Ives to Godrevy lighthouse.

There are double venetian blinds offering plenty of options for controlling the light in or out. Dining Area The dining area is located on the ground floor of the apartment within the open plan kitchen space, ideal for socialising and planning the day’s activities.

A contemporary pine table with 6 matching pine chairs are provided.

Hallway You enter the apartment to a central hallway with oak flooring and a secure entry system.

There are useful pegs for hanging coats & outside storage space to put wellies after an energetic day exploring the town or beautiful beach and coastline. Kitchen Kitchen The contemporary high spec kitchen is located on the ground floor and is flooded with natural light via the Velux windows above.

Solid oak flooring can be found in the kitchen and throughout the living areas of this stunning apartment.

Fully fitted cream gloss units, with stainless fittings and mushroom coloured Corian work surfaces add to the kitchen's contemporary feel. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with integrated appliances including an oven/grill, 4 burner gas hob, overhead extractor fan, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, along with toaster, kettle, juicer, Krups espresso and cappuccino coffee machine, slow cooker, microwave, CD & Radio and all the utensils and crockery you could need.

The modern theme is continued with local images and art on the walls and recessed spotlights. Sleeping Bedroom One Bedroom one is situated off the hallway to the front of the property and is conveniently located next to the family bathroom.

The Master bedroom boasts a king size bed with crisp white bed linen, scatter cushions and is fully carpeted throughout.

There are built-in oak wardrobes providing ample hanging and shelf storage, along with an integrated vanity mirror & light with useful sockets for a hairdryer, which is supplied and a full length mirror.

Matching bedside tables with lamps, a freestanding fan and blinds ensure you will snuggle up for a good night’s sleep.

For your entertainment there is a LCD Freeview television with built-in DVD, FM radio alarm clock.

Bedroom Two Bedroom two is also located off the hallway with a front facing aspect and has a fresh modern feel, with local photography on the walls, fully fitted carpets, blinds and comfortable twin beds.

There is white cotton bed linen, a bedside table, reading lamp, full length mirror, freestanding fan, with matching wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is a LCD Freeview television with built-in DVD and a clock/radio. Bedroom Three Bedroom three is located off the hallway at the back of the property and is flooded with light from an overhead Velux window and a side window with blind & curtains.

This comfortable room has a single divan bed with white cotton bed linen, bedside table, reading lamp, full length mirror, chest of drawers and useful storage cupboard.

A LCD Freeview television with built in DVD are provided for your entertainment.

A complimentary travel cot and highchair are provided; please provide your own cot bedding. Bathrooms Family Bathroom The contemporary family bathroom is located off the hallway close to the bedrooms and kitchen.

The white bathroom suite consists of a WC, wash basin with integrated vanity unit beneath and bath with shower overhead.

Tiled with mosaic and porcelain ceramics, a slim line chrome heated towel rail keeps your towels nice and toasty. A bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest.
