We pride ourselves on approaching each project with a fresh look, carefully considering the needs of each individual client and property. Our extensive selection of suppliers helps us achieve this, producing luxurious fabrics from France, comfort and style with upholstery from Sweden, and hand-woven carpets from India.
Durability and longevity are key to Iroka’s design approach. We have an extensive list of exclusive brands and suppliers with whom we have built solid relationships within our 16 years of operating. We choose products that stand the test of time, both visually and functionally. More frequently, we find ourselves using clever solutions such as AquaClean fabrics from our Mastrella upholstery range for key pieces of furniture.
We always approach a design by first understanding how the space will be used. Where possible, we recommend using zip and link beds in some of the bedrooms to create flexible room setups, accommodating a variety of guest types.
We offer a hands-off design service that takes away the stress of sourcing individual products to fill a holiday home, from conception, procurement, warehousing, and delivery. We manage each stage behind the scenes, so you don’t have to.
Many of our clients live elsewhere; our design work is completed remotely, and we can manage projects on a global scale. Our design documents are issued digitally as standard. However, we place great value in building relationships with our clients, so where possible, we love to have initial meetings face to face and be able to invite you into our showroom to get a feel for our wide range of products, which is a huge advantage for both the client and us.
Iroka will advise on the approximate budget needed to achieve the desired finish. Within a design package, we list all the elements we would supply and break down all the costs individually for full clarity. We place orders on behalf of the client and deliver packages as a whole.
