“Fantastic position, good parking, when we walked into the property the tv was on so it was turned off using a remote that had the batteries held in place with a sticking plaster.”
On walking round the property it has a very nice kitchen with everything you need, however in the rest of the property the door handles are rusty and old, there were cobwebs in the lounge area along with curtains that had broken hooks hanging off, the is a crack in the ceiling in the hallway, there are no locks on the windows in the "leanto" at the front of the property, there was bird muck on a couple of the windows, the furniture through out the property is cheap, the bedroom carpets are wafer thin, in the shower room the shower was very poor and if you are a "larger" person probably no good for you, in the second toilet room I filled the sink for a shave to find that the sink had lots of "black bits" that had come out of the tap in it. Outside the property the guttering if filthy and requires a good clean as does the patio, the "pub table" available to sit at was dirty and requires a clean up, my wife and myself had to use two chairs we had taken as we are in our 60's and sitting without back support is alright if your a lot younger, especially when next door has cushioned furniture. This place could be a fantastic place to visit, if the property was upgraded we would have no hesitation in revisiting however as it stands we are not interested in revisiting this property, it requires some serious TLC.
