Natural light floods in through large windows making the living area light and airy throughout. Offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms this luxury home from home easily sleeps six. It is pet friendly, so all the family can enjoy a holiday, even four legged members. A garden and rear decked sun terrace offer outside space to dine alfresco and relax. Private parking space allows you to leave the car and take the scenic railway into St Ives. The station, like the beach is only a short walk away. After a day of exploring the Cornish coastline, head back to your home from home, collapse into the plush sofa with numerous scatter cushions to cosy into, spread your toes in the fluffy rug whilst relaxing in front of the fire or enjoying your favourite film on a large 55” TV with Blue Ray DVD player. Dining Area The dining area is perfectly positioned within the open plan living area, boasting 1930’s print artwork, distinctive art deco sideboard with two matching oversized lamps. A domed pendant light hangs over a grand wooden dining table with mix & match vibrant coloured chairs, comfortably seating six. Should you decide to venture out for dinner Carbis Bay, St Ives and the surrounding area has a wide choice of quality restaurants, modern and traditional pubs as well as several places to obtain take-away food. Hallway Secret Beach has a unique hallway, the space is bright with high gloss grey flooring and beach themed printed artwork. The moment you enter the hall, you will find a door on the left which leads down a flight of stairs to the utility and garage. The strong personality of this home truly shines through as you stumble upon a retro built in vanity unit, with its beautifully crafted wood, surrounding an ornate mirror, two hanging vintage lights and two matching emerald green stools under. Kitchen Kitchen Designed with luxury in mind, this impressive kitchen has high gloss eye level units, accompanied with charcoal work surfaces & a chic raspberry pink splash back. Cloak Room The quirky flamingo themed cloakroom is ideally located next to the family bathroom within the main hall, boasting a low-level WC & small wash basin with mixer tap. Outside The outside areas of Secret Beach are perfect for watching the children play, alfresco eating or pre-dinner drinks. With several areas to choose from, you can also always find a quiet spot to read a book and hopefully soak up the Cornish sun. Seaward Facing Terrace: The formal entrance to the property is up a flight of six original granite steps, leading to a part canopied slate terrace with wrought iron railings. The area has fabulous far reaching views across Carbis Bay & makes for the perfect place to enjoy a cup of tea and absorb the ever-changing colours of the sea and sky. Garden The beautiful, tranquil and mature garden seamlessly wraps itself around the front and side of the property, mainly laid to lawn with original Cornish low stone walling planted with a selection of beautifully planted shrubs & flowers. Please note that the garden area is not securely enclosed as the Sun Trap decked Courtyard is the enclosed area which is described below. Sun Trap decked Courtyard The private decked terrace is located to the rear of the property and is a fantastic little sun trap, wonderful for soaking up the Cornish sunshine. Enclosed by fencing & two secure gates, it can be accessed from the front garden or from a flight of steps beside the kitchen side entrance.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoors and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching. Carbis Bay is truly a wonderful holiday location for those wanting to experience Cornwall's breathtaking coastline.
