The photos don’t do it justice! Lelant is the perfect location you can catch the train into St Ives the station is a short walk away, the coastal walk to Carbis Bay is also on your doorstep and a great walk for the dog! It has a local pub the Badger Inn with homemade food a 2 minute walk and dog friendly! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to book again!
There were a few things that we did struggle with, we were a family of 6 (5 adults and a Teen) the accommodation only had one shower ...

There were a few things that we did struggle with, we were a family of 6 (5 adults and a Teen) the accommodation only had one shower which was in the en-suite this did prove challenging as we had people always in and out to use it. The main bathroom had a large bath and over bath shower head. There were no locks on the doors and the pull across door on the ensuite did have gaps. If you are a family sharing it’s not to much of an issue but friends sharing it may be difficult.
Parking there is parking for two cars only one in the garage our car didn’t fit luckily our Mum and Dads did, again not sure how you would manage if you had three cars, the road had notices that said parking charges applied so unsure if this was applicable or not to friends that visited, no information in the book regarding this.
Garden as per previous comments there is a low back wall in the garden this may prove difficult if you have a bigger dog as they may escape! We have a small Cockapoo so it was not an issue for us.
