Building Work Notice

We would like to inform residents that building work is currently underway at Carrick Lodge, located adjacent to the Belyars Croft development. The project involves renovating the existing building and constructing an extension. Additionally, ongoing works are taking place on the Belyars Lane access road in front of Belyars Croft. Depending on the nature of the work, noise levels may vary—ranging from extensive noise during some activities to more subdued sounds at other times.
Access to Carrick Lodge by vehicle is via the shared driveway through Belyars Croft’s parking area. The remaining construction work is expected to continue throughout 2025. These works will primarily take place on the front (south) side of the building, which is the area furthest from Belyars Croft.
During this period, residents may experience associated activity and noise throughout the day, with workmen and vehicles present on site. Please be assured that the views from your apartment will not be affected by the ongoing works.
