If you’re looking for a contemporary Cornish escape that’s close to the coast, then Hebaska is for you. This pet friendly stylish family holiday home comfortably sleeps six, with two bathrooms. Its clever modern reverse level design offers some country views from the open plan living areas, with the added luxury of a glass fronted balcony with sea views. From here, you can see Godrevy Lighthouse and the beautiful azure waters of Carbis Bay. An enclosed garden and sun patio offer an idyllic setting for dining alfresco and there is private parking for up to four cars. Highlights - Located in Carbis Bay. - Arrival 5pm, departure 9am. - Children welcome. - One well behaved dog welcome. No smoking - Sea Views from the balcony. Entertainment - Complimentary high speed wireless internet. - 50" TV with DVD player to living area. - Smart TV in kids room and radio / cd player in the kitchen. - Selection of board games, library of books, O.S. Maps and information on the local area. Updated 29/06/2021 Living Area The living area forms part of a large contemporary open plan space comprising the living, kitchen and dining areas. Its clever reverse level design affords a view of the countryside to the east. It’s light and airy with natural sunlight beaming in through the Velux windows and patio doors. If you stand at the front of the balcony and look left, in the distance you can see all the way out to Godrevy Lighthouse and across beautiful Carbis Bay. Inside the space is both styled and warmed by a log burner with a heat resistant glass base giving a warm cosy feeling. Collapse onto the comfy sofas and relax enjoying your favourite film on a large 50” TV with DVD player. Dining Space The dining area forms part of the open plan kitchen and living space. A beautiful wooden crafted dining table with chairs comfortably seating six provides the centre piece to this area. It’s the perfect setting for a family get-together or for entertaining friends. Snug or kids playroom. The snug or kids playroom offers an intimate space to escape. A smart TV/DVD player to catch up on your favourite programmes or films. Sink into the large bean bags provided and chillout listening to music or escaping into a fantasy world with a good book. When the weather is fine you can benefit from both indoor and outside space, as a door from the snug leads out onto the sun patio and garden. Kitchen The Kitchen is part of the open plan living and dining space, allowing the chef to remain part of the celebrations. Sleek and modern in style, offering ample eye level units with high gloss Kashmir soft close doors and chrome handles. If you love to cook this well-appointed kitchen offers everything you could desire including an integrated Zanussi electric oven and grill, induction hob with glass splash back and extractor hood over, microwave and fridge freezer, along with a washing machine and dishwasher. You’ll also benefit from under counter down lighting and ample work surfaces. The owner has provided plenty of dishes, plates and complimentary cutlery too. The kitchen provides everything a family could need in a luxury home from home. Sleeping Master Bedroom All the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a private en-suite and garden views. This rear facing room is light and airy, with a luxurious king size bed to stretch out on and enjoy a comfortable nights sleep. Two matching bedside tables, a double wardrobe and chest of drawers with a hairdryer are all provided to make you feel at home. Bedroom One This front facing ground floor room, benefits from country views. It’s light and airy with a comfortable double bed to ensure a peaceful nights rest. A double wooden wardrobe with under-storage offers ample space for your holiday outfits. Two matching bedside tables and a chest of drawers and hairdryer are also provided. Bedroom Two This ground floor, front facing room also enjoys country views. Ideal for children with twin beds, its light and airy to ensure a comfortable nights rest and they have their own small wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathrooms En-suite to Master Bedroom The Master bedroom’s private en-suite has a large enclosed corner shower with a glass and chrome screen and sliding door. The wash basin has a stylish waterfall mixer tap and a wall hung mirror with surround inset lighting. Other features include a heated chrome towel rail and WC. Family Bathroom The family bathroom offers the choice of both worlds for those who love to relax in the bath or love the ease of a shower. It has a contemporary integrated shower over with glazed shower screen and a modern bath to sink into. A wash basin with waterfall mixer tap, a wall hung mirror with surround inset lighting, WC and heated chrome towel rail, ensure every item a modern family desires is provided. Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoors and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching. Carbis Bay is truly a wonderful holiday location for those wanting to experience Cornwall's breathtaking coastline.
