We have a lovely time staying at the cottage and overall had a great experience. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy.
Some things to add which don't need to be in the public domain but I feel are useful as feedback.
Issue with Sky which was well dealt with but disappointing nonetheless.
Water temperature in en-suite shower was too variable; oscillated between warm and hot. This continued after the heating engineer had been out.
'Well marked parking bay 4' wasn't marked at all-not a problem as there was plenty of parking but it's good to get the little things right in your paperwork. Likewise the padded envelope for the key return was not available; we used the key safe but creates a little anxiety for not doing the correct thing.

In regard to the points you have raised; firstly we would like to apologise for the Sky, and we are glad to hear you felt we dealt with this well. We always endeavor to resolve the issues that are reported to us as soon as possible, so that any findings don't have an impact on your stay. The team, here in the local office, are always here to help, when needed.
We will review the signage for the parking and please be assured that we will replace missing signage if needed.
