“The DVD player, Ipod dock and outdoor seat cushions were not there.”
These are listed on the website and in the apartment's instructions. We brought a number of DVD's to watch, but couldn't.
There were no instructions that we could find for the appliances or central heating.
We couldn't get the under cupboard lights to work in the kitchen.
The shower in the bathroom continues to run when the bath is being filled.
The lights in the en-suite are inadequate. and the shower door does not close fully.
The bin store door lock is difficult to open (This was reported at the time but nothing happened).
There was no local information: Train times, local amenities, restaurants etc.

Thank you very much for your feedback.
The instructions for the central heating system and appliances are located in the “Quick Start Guide” in the property, we will ensure that this is put out in a clear place in the future.
The DVD is utilized through the Wii mode which you can select using the “source” button, and we will check on the next change over to make sure the other items are still present and speak with the owner’s if they are no longer present to update the description.
I have highlighted the under cupboard lights in the kitchen; the shower which continually runs when the bath is filled and the shower door that does not fully close to the owner as we can action these repair so thank you for bringing these to our attention. The bin store key and lock may need some WD40 so we will see if this is the issue.
Unfortunately, we removed lots of brochures etc from the property as we are trying to reduce contact following Covid-19.
