    “Lovely property which we have stayed in before.”

    Well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Loved the outside decked area, stunning views and for once we were lucky with the weather which was great all week. Only criticism was that the shower cubicle in the main bathroom had black mould / mildew in the top corner which could have been easily treated and cleaned, and the stairwell leading down to the entrance door is looking a bit grubby. Also the complimentary toiletries and arrival gifts - juice, scones etc that we have been used ...

Small gripe but it's the little things that add that special touch and make you feel welcome.

Their telephone number is displayed in the apartment. Our cleaners have been notified regarding the mildew above the shower cubicle and they have treated and cleaned the area appropriately. The Welcome Pack provided by Carbis Bay Holidays which included the scones was stopped by Carbis Bay Holidays for all apartments. We have taken the initiative to provide our own Welcome Pack which will include the following: complimentary toiletries, coffee, tea and sugar, milk, Cornish Fairings biscuits, locally made chocolate buttons and Healeys Cornish apple juice. Boasting spectacular uninterrupted views of Carbis Bay beach, this luxurious nautical ground floor coastal apartment occupies a premier position in Cornwall perched above one of the most beautiful bays in the world.

The patio doors from the living area and master bedroom open out onto a large decked terrace, from where dolphins and seals have been spotted larking about in the glistening sea. There are spectacular views over the beach from Porthminster Point to Carrack Gladden (or Hawkes Point), then across the long sandy beach of Hayle and Gwithian all the way to Godrevy Lighthouse.

Dining Area There is a spacious dining area which comfortably seats 6 people at a large table and is social with an opening to the kitchen through an archway window.

Perfect for lounging at the table chatting about your day, whilst dinner is prepared or for just gazing out at the beautiful blues and greens of the sea as the sunlight dances across it. Or if you'd rather adventure out for dinner St. Ives has a wide selection of restaurants and is only a short hop on the train or a leisurely stroll along the coast path.

Why not try The Seafood Cafe for a local culinary treat. On warmer days, of course, you may choose to dine on the terrace "al fresco" above St. Ives Bay. Kitchen Sapphire has a bright modern kitchen with a large work surfaces and masses of cupboards for all your essentials.

There is a great range of appliances with large American fridge freezer, NEFF cooker, hob, microwave, an additional under counter fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large toaster, kettle, coffee machine, handheld blender, DAB radio and everything else you would expect from an apartment of this quality. If you are looking for inspiration there is a selection of cookery books to bring out budding chefs and for those looking for more leisurely pursuits there are even champagne glasses.

This well stocked kitchen is designed to make your holiday go smoothly and there won't be any arguments about washing up, either use the dishwasher or look out across St. Ives Bay whilst standing at the sink! Sleeping Bedroom One with En-suite The master bedroom is located to the front of the property and is a lovely bright room, with blue and white textiles which conjure up a seaside atmosphere and perfectly compliment the beautiful views of the sea and Carbis Bay beach.There are patio doors to the decked area which bathe this room in light. A comfortable double bed is beautifully dressed with fresh white linen and bedside tables with lamps can also be found.

Storage is provided within the chest of drawers and built-in cupboard and there is a comfy chair perfect for reading a book or just sitting back and drawing in the seaside scenes before you.

Entertainment is provided with a 32” Smart TV with Freeview and Sony SRS XB20 bluetooth speaker.

You will also discover a vanity mirror and hairdryer. Bedroom Two Located off the main hallway to the rear of the property, bedroom two offers a peaceful place for a good nights sleep. Modern curved twin upholstered beds with dressing table and large mirror are complimented by a double mirrored wardrobe and bedside table , along with a bedside lamp make this a bright and comfortable room.

There is a 24” Smart TV with Freeview, hairdryer, Sony SRS XB20 bluetooth speaker and window with blinds and curtains. Bathrooms Family Bathroom The family bathroom is conveniently placed off the hallway, near to bedroom two.

St Ives 2 miles ; Hayle 3.5 miles ; Penzance 8.5 miles.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore.
