Living Area The open plan living area boasts spectacular panoramic views across the bay via the double French doors, which open out onto the decked terrace. Sit back on the comfortable leather corner sofa and take in the views. Alternatively, why not take advantage of the excellent entertainment system which includes a 55” LED HD smart TV with Full Sky package including Movies and Sport, Netflix, Playstation 3 with a selection of games and complimentary Superfast wireless broadband all held within the matching media unit. Within the living area you will also find a floor standing lamp and dimmable lighting, ideal for creating the perfect ambience. In the sideboard you will find a selection of books, board games, guides and a Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Airplay iPod dock. Dining Area The dining area forms part of the open plan living area and enjoys the fabulous views via the living area French doors. A glass table with four matching contemporary chairs are provided and there is a feature archway between the kitchen and the dining area, enabling chef to join in the conversation with the lounge. Should you decide to dine out during your stay, why not hop on the coastal train and taste the delights that St Ives has to offer? The award winning Porthminster Beach Café is a real must especially on a warm day, as you can dine out on their terrace and soak up the fabulous bay views. Hallway Upon entering Viridian you are greeted into a spacious hallway where there is a large coir matting area for storing muddy walking boots and a phone entry security system for the main gates. You will also discover a utility cupboard where the iron, ironing board, clothes airer and a selection of beach equipment is stored. Kitchen Kitchen Apartment Viridian has a refurbished high gloss modern kitchen with Silestone worktops. The kitchen includes; American Fridge/Freezer, Smeg 5 burner gas hob, Bosch microwave, oven, dishwasher & washing machine with built in dryer, Delonghi toaster & kettle, Jura bean to cup coffee machine plus everything else you would expect from an apartment of this quality including the all important champagne bucket & flutes. There won't be any arguments in this kitchen about washing up, either use the dishwasher or just enjoy looking out to sea across St. Ives Bay whilst standing at the sink. Sleeping Bedroom One with En-suite The bright and spacious master bedroom is situated to the front of the apartment to benefit from the stunning panoramic sea views. Swing open the double French doors which lead out onto the decked terrace and allow the fresh sea air to flow in. A comfortable 'floating' king size bed is beautifully dressed with scatter cushions and throw the bed has wall mounted bedside tables with integrated phone charging, and ample storage is provided within the walk in wardrobe which has shelf space, ample hanging and drawers. You will also discover a vanity table with mirror in the walk in wardrobe, 55" LCD Freeview television offering Airplay and Spotify connect for your music, hairdryer, bedside lamps, blackout curtains and luxury oak Amtico flooring. Bedroom Two Located to the rear of the property bedroom two has twin beds which can be made up as a superking on request. Furnished with matching chest of drawers & bedside table with reading lamp, double mirrored fitted wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, full length mirror and stool. You will also find oak Amtico flooring, curtains with blackout lining and venetian blinds. To keep you or the little ones entertained there is a 32" LCD television with Freeview as well as an alarm clock bluetooth speaker. Luxury crisp white cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. Bathrooms Bathroom One The main bathroom of Viridian is conveniently located adjacent to bedroom two and is fully tiled with travertine. You are sure to enjoy the luxurious double walk in shower with twin rainfall shower heads and separate handheld shower head, perfect for an invigorating start to the day. A freestanding WC, wash basin, full height heated towel rail for keeping your towels nice and toasty and an illuminated demister vanity mirror with shaver point are also provided. Bathroom Two The en-suite to the master bedroom of Viridian has been fitted with a top of the range suite including separate whirlpool bath and a walk-in rainfall shower with luxurious body jets and separate handheld shower head. Freestanding twin wash basins, WC, full height chrome heated towel rail and twin illuminated demister vanity mirrors with shaver points are provided. This bathroom is also fully tiled with beautiful travertine. This is the place to unwind on your holiday after those long hot sunny days on the beach or those winter walks along the cliff. Bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided per person along with complimentary White Company toiletries in each bathroom. Although we provide weighing scales, you don't have to use them; this is your holiday to relax. Outside Decked Terrace The large decked terrace of Viridian extends across the whole of the frontage of the apartment so that you can step out of the double French doors from either the lounge or master bedroom. With rattan table, four chairs and footstalls you can enjoy dining al fresco overlooking the beautiful St Ives Bay. Part of the decked terrace is sheltered so that you can even enjoy the outside views when the weather is inclement. You may be lucky to observe the seals or dolphins that regularly visit Carbis Bay beach, but we guarantee that whatever the time of the year, you will enjoy the view across to St Ives or to Godrevy Lighthouse and the North Cornwall coastline.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside town of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the boutique hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branchline. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country.
