Your luxury Cornish coastal escape sleeps five in three comfortable bedrooms, with two bathrooms a modern kitchen and a landscaped rear garden. Parking for a car is easy outside the private garage and you'll discover some of Cornwall's best estuary, woodland and beach walks right on your doorstep. The garage itself is not for guests use. Living Room Living Area The living area is flooded with light from the window and patio doors, which lead out onto the rear garden. Light blues and greys complement a coastal theme which flows throughout with nautical features and artwork of beautiful Cornish beaches on the walls. Take a seat and relax in one of the two sofas, which between them comfortably seat five, sit back, relax and warm your toes in front of the gas fire. Set the mood lighting before selecting your favourite Blu-ray DVD and enjoy your favourite movie on the 49” large screen UHDTV. Kitchen Kitchen Styled with modern kitchen units and sleek black granite worktops and lit by natural light through the window, this well-appointed space is a pleasure to cook in. Ideal for socialising too, as the dining room forms part of the open plan kitchen, you don't feel separated from your guests while preparing your meals. Featuring a selection of integrated Bosh appliances including an oven, grill and microwave, 4 ring gas hob with extractor hood above, fridge-freezer and dishwasher there is everything required from a modern kitchen. Plenty of storage space is available in the kitchen cabinets and a comprehensive selection of utensils, crockery, glassware, hand-held mixer and baking equipment are provided. Other features include a stainless steel sink, Breville kettle & two-slice toaster, washing machine and wine rack. Scarlet's in the village has a fine selection of wines to choose from so you should be able to find your favourite wine to accompany your meals. Matching bedside tables with lamps, a hairdryer and an integrated wardrobe with plenty of storage space also make up the room. Third Bedroom Located next to bedroom two, bedroom three has a garden view. A bright and peaceful room lit by natural light through the window. This relaxing space offers a cosy single bed, a bedside table with a reading lamp, a comfortable chair and a wardrobe. About the location

LELANT

Lelant is a pretty village in the west of Cornwall, approximately 1.5 miles from Carbis Bay. The South West Coast Path travels through Lelant, along the estuary and past Porth Kidney Sands. Porth Kidney Sands is Lelant's stunning dog friendly beach, complete with several caves, a wonderfully quiet beach to explore. The beach provides great views to St. Ives and Carbis Bay in one direction and Godrevy lighthouse in the other direction. Lelant is a request stop on the beautifully scenic St Ives Bay line that runs to/from nearby St Erth. The village is also the location of the West Cornwall Golf Club, which is the oldest golf club in Cornwall. Lelant has a variety of local shops and couple of village pubs, or you could travel 2.5 miles to the popular seaside town of St Ives for a busier more thriving tourist experience.
