Peninsula Apartments are in an enviable position overlooking the world renowned, Blue Flag award winning Porthminster Beach and boast mesmerising maritime views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy lighthouse, made famous by Virginia Woolf’s novel.

The property

Nestled in the Cornish coastal town of St. Ives in an elevated position is this wonderful apartment, Crystal Bay. Boasting spectacular views of the seaside, including St. Ives Bay and the distant Godrevy Lighthouse, Crystal Bay is a wonderful setting for a group of four wanting to make the most of the Cornish coast. Access is valid until the 17th September 2022; Membership is reviewed annually by the owner for the following year and is subject to renewal. Please call the spa prior to arrival at the property to arrange your entry and they will give you any information regarding their packages that you require. You can access the Spa's treatment via their website. Entertainment. - 3 x Smart TVs. - WiFi. - A selection of books and games. For families. - Highchair and travel cot available Parking. - Guests are provided with one allocated parking space in an underground car park opposite Peninsula apartments (restrictions apply - please note ceiling height 1.9m.) With the apartment in the centre of St. Ives, your amenities are located less than a mile away, so you can simply walk down the street and enjoy a pint and great food at the Harbour Kitchen. St. Ives is also home to a wealth of attractions, take the family around Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, before unwinding on the blue flag beach and relishing the views from Porthminster Point. Venture to the picturesque village of Carbis Bay where more beaches await you, along with the stunning national park of Hawkes Point; why not enjoy a picnic in Steeple Woodland Nature Reserve? Visit Hayle for a family day of fun in Paradise Park and JungleBarn, before enjoying a game of eighteen holes in the town's abundance of surrounding golf clubs, or trekking to the spectacular cliffs of Godrevy Point. For more to see and do, board the train in St. Ives to visit a plethora of towns within Cornwall, including Falmouth and Pool, or walk along the South Western Coastal Path to Penwith Heritage Coast for some outdoors fun. There is so much to see and do on the Cornish Coast from the fantastic Crystal Bay. Hallway. Upon entering the apartment you will be delighted to with a very homely hallway, perfect for hanging up those beach bags and taking off those flip flops after a day at the beach. Living area. You'll find a fabulous open-plan living space that features lovely furniture and vibrant touches. Meals can be enjoyed with your group at the sleek dining table, before relaxing on the ample seating in front of the Smart TV while sinking into the plush corner sofa. Kitchen. To your left you will find a contemporary kitchen containing a plethora of appliances for you to take advantage of as you create your home-cooked favorites. Appliances within the kitchen include an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, and the all-important dishwasher to help with the cleaning up. The Nespresso machine is wonderful for that morning coffee before you head out for the day. Utility. For additional convenience the apartment contains a utility with ample storage, a washer/dryer, perfect for freshening up any clothes and towels after a sandy day at the beach. Sleeping. Bedroom One. A super-king-size with an additional Smart TV and en-suite shower room provides the ideal sleeping quarters. Spend a lazy morning enjoying the Smart TV before hopping into the shower and enjoying an invigorating rinse ahead of a day of adventures. The bedroom is decorated in a lovely light and nautical theme, adding to the charm of the apartment and fitting with the area's surroundings. There is a lovely chair, ideal for finishing that chapter in your book that just can't wait. Bedroom Two. The second bedroom hosts twin beds with a zip and link feature, making for a flexible sleeping arrangement for couples, children and friends sharing. This bedroom also follows the light and airy nautical décor and yet another Smart TV to keep you entertained while also allowing some privacy throughout your trip. Bathroom. The apartment benefits from a fabulous family bathroom, which is located across the hall; the space has been finished to a high standard so you can enjoy soaking up in the bath after a day of beachfront fun. Balcony. Make the most of the fantastic views from the balcony and take in the coastal breeze as you watch the goings-on at Porthminster Beach below. The balcony offers stylish rattan furniture, ideal if you like a glass of wine in the last of the summer sun or a hot coffee in the crisp morning air.
