    “Great apartment let down by poor maintenance and service.”

    We shouldn't need to wash all plates, cups, cutlery etc before we can use them. Towels were stained. The website shows a welcome hamper - we got a packet of chocolate buttons and a Warrens discount voucher, but noticed that the following weeks guests were getting a full bag. The master shower screen leaked while the downstairs shower didn't drain properly so we all had to use the 2nd bedroom shower. We weren't inclined to raise these issues during the week as resolution would have impacted our ...

Simply nowhere near good enough for the money, which is such a shame as the apartment itself is great with an amazing view.

Porthminster Penthouse in St Ives, Cornwall, has all you need for a self-catering holiday while being ideally placed on the Cornish coast and within easy reach of local amenities.
