Thick dirt in the folds of the sofa, coffee spilt on shelf of cupboard above sink, liquid in tea pot, food stuck to the high chair seat. Had problem with the bollard lock as the instructions do not inform you to reset to four zeros before entering the code. We were informed of the broken blind before arrival for which we are thankful.
Would recommend the property but the cleaning needs to improve. Carbis Bay holiday failed to help when we initially rang about the bollard lock and told us it was the hotels responsibility, which it obviously isn’t.

Sorry that we couldn't help you with the bollard, we are unsure who you spoke to, although its not the hotels responsibility, they are normally very helpful for issues with the car park.
