You enter to a spacious hallway with solid walnut flooring and intercom entryphone. There is a useful area for hanging coats and leaving walking boots, as well as a door to a utility room containing a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and airer.
As soon as you enter the living area you are struck by the panoramic views of Porthminster Beach and St Ives Bay through the floor to ceiling double sliding doors, these lead out onto a private decked balcony. The balcony has a table with six chairs and 2 sun loungers perfectly placed for you to sit back and enjoy the view. There are two matching cream leather sofas and you will be spoilt for choice when deciding the perfect spot to relax and take in the views. Alternatively take advantage of the excellent entertainment packages including a 40" Samsung LCD TV with Sky TV, Sony Music System with Bluetooth connectivity and complimentary WiFi. The owner have provided a pair of telescopic binoculars and tripod in case you fancy trying to spot a passing dolphin or one of the seals that make the bay their home.
The dining area is conveniently situated between the kitchen and living area, perfect for socialising with the chef who is busily preparing in the kitchen. A stylish circular table with four walnut dining chairs with leather pads provided for your comfort.
The contemporary kitchen comprises of cream high gloss units teamed with black granite worktops and splash backs along with a spacious breakfast bar . This kitchen is well stocked with all the gadgets you would expect with an apartment of this calibre, there is an integrated Neff oven/grill, microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need as well as hand-held blender, full-size blender and Bosch (Tassimo) coffee machine.
