Option One: A Holiday Let Contract
Fortnight, three weekly or monthly managed lets with fresh laundry and towels every week as well as a weekly clean. Subject to availability up to Easter school holidays. Discounts offered relate to the length of stay.
Option Two: A Renewable Monthly Short Term Contract
Rentals available from between October and Easter school holidays including Christmas and New Year. Paid monthly in advance. The rental will vary by month but this will be agreed at the start of the tenancy.
Option Three: Fixed Short Term Let
Rental between October and Easter School Holidays including Christmas and New Year. Fixed rental agreed at the start of the tenancy for rental periods in excess of 3 months, paid in advance.

- Please telephone us to make a booking. We are unable to accept bookings for short term lets online.
- Cleaning and weekly linen and towel changes are available as a chargeable optional extra.
- All rentals are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, Wifi and Sky ( if available in property).
